Co-Ops & Internships

At A&A Farms, we take pride in our commitment to education and hands-on learning through our dedicated co-op and internship opportunities. As a small private thoroughbred farm, we’re uniquely able to offer a more personal, one-on-one experience for students eager to gain real-world knowledge of the equine industry. By accepting only one intern or co-op placement at a time, we ensure each participant receives individual attention and mentorship. Students from high school, college, and university have the chance to immerse themselves in every aspect of farm life — from handling horses and assisting with broodmares, foals, and young stock, to learning the daily care and management of racehorses. This personalized, hands-on approach helps aspiring professionals build the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to succeed in the thoroughbred industry.
